About
Grace in Minds is a free place to understand OCD, anxiety and scrupulosity, read alongside Scripture, with clear routes to treatment that works.
Grace in Minds was created by Benjamin Murithi Ntongai, who has lived with OCD.
For many Christians, OCD and anxiety arrive tangled up with faith: fears about sin, salvation or prayer that won't let go, and a quiet worry that needing help means not trusting God enough. Good information exists, but it is often clinical, scattered, or silent about faith. Faith resources can be warm but sometimes miss how OCD actually works.
This site brings the two together: plain-language explanations of what is happening, honest encouragement from Scripture, and a clear path to evidence-based care such as exposure and response prevention (ERP).
From Scripture
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort; who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
Seeking therapy or medication is not a lack of faith. Prayer is support alongside care, never a replacement for it.
Knowing what OCD and anxiety are, and what they are not, takes away some of their power.
No streaks, no paywalls and no guilt. Everything here is free to read without an account.
No promises of healing, no fake numbers and no testimonials we can't stand behind.
