From Grace in Minds
A one-to-one call with Benjamin Murithi Ntongai, who created Grace in Minds and has lived with OCD. Talk about anxiety, OCD and your own experiences with someone who has been there.
This is a peer conversation from lived experience, not therapy, diagnosis or crisis support. It works alongside professional care, not instead of it. If you're in danger right now, use Get help.
